Rangoon Riffs - Soapy the Germ Fighter (1951)

The Isle of Rangoon gueststarred a few times in GPC episodes, specifically Clash of the Titans last year and The Transformers: The Movie last month.  Well I was invited to participate for a crazy Rangoon Riff alongside Linkara and Obscurus Lupa!

In all honestly it's still crazy surreal to me to be in a video with two of the people that have helped inspire just how I approach reviews and what the GPC is!  Well, THREE but, the third person is a surprise so I'll let the guys provide the details:

Hyperbole 12 - Transformers: Age of Extinction

The Transformers movies are VERY hit and miss with people, a real love hate sort of thing.  Me, I think Michael Bay is perfect for these, and they for him, but there was an increased focus on silly humour that really felt out of place, not to mention was just generally bad.

What happens when they move forward in a way to deckclear a lot of that? A lot of good!

Hyperbole 11 - How to Train Your Dragon 2

Back with more Hyperbole, and back with more Dragons!  I loved the first How to Train Your Dragon and had high hopes for the sequel.  It does NOT disappoint!

GPC Episode 61 - The Transformers: The Movie (1986)

The GPC with the quest to not be dead and the communication part a success!  Starchibald and Sunny Jim got my signal and join me from the Isle of Rangoon as we tackle the '80s animated classic The Transformers: The Movie!

For a show that was literally a serialized toy commercial, the movie took the franchise to a new realm where all bets are off.  That's perfect!  This might finally be the way back!

Hyperbole 10 - 22 Jump Street

The first Jump Street movie was so insanely funny, I wanted more.  With the sequel I got it and SO much more.  Another instant recommendation!
