GPC Episode 13 - The Rundown (2003)

ROCK MONTH continues at the Guilty Pleasures Cinema with a personal favourite, The Rundown!  Watch Rock and Stiffler take on each other and evil mining dictator Christopher Walken in Brazil! Why did no one watch this when it first came out?!

Episode 12 was a day late, so 13 is a day early!

GPC Episode 10 - Sahara (2005)

The GPC returns with the startlingly underheralded Sahara!  This is a big booming action adventure that far too few people saw, and had all the right ingredients to be the next big thing as far as franchises go.  Oh, and I'm sure I'm mispronouncing Merovingian, but look at that name!  Wait, what's he doing here anyway...?

Also I have no idea how I screwed up thinking Dirk's last name was Diggler instead of Pitt.  I thought at first it was thanks to WWE's Dolph Ziggler, but then realized the lead character in Boogie Nights was Dirk Diggler.  But I've never seen that movie, however I did just see Ted, also starring Mark Wahlberg.

My brain is weird.

GPC Episode 7 - The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (2003)

The GPC returns with easily the most widely hated source yet, and yet it has so much in common with what has just become THE all-time box office weekend champion...  Is comparing the two blasphemy?  Pff heck no, Avengers Schmavengers (ok no that movie is AWESOME) but its now time for The League of Extraordinady Gentlemen!

Super big thanks to Rob Quinn at Hill City Comics and Jennifer White for once again helping out too!

Oh and the blurry text that shows up (you'll know it when you see it) is the 'it didn't render like in the preview' close-up of the poster focusing on the title "Marvel's The Avengers"...  hmm who would that aggrivate?
